Nathan Zhang

Nathan Zhang is an accomplished engineering manager and technical expert specializing in data analysis and automatic speech recognition. Currently leading a team at Dialpad, Nathan develops contextual machine learning insights and manages data infrastructure while ensuring compliance and productivity for data science processes. Prior experience includes roles at TeejLab Inc. and Synopsys Inc., where Nathan consulted on natural language understanding and led data science projects focusing on software security. With a strong background in machine learning, Nathan has also contributed as a data scientist at Black Duck Software and interned at SAP, enhancing web applications with machine learning techniques. Nathan holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from Shandong University.
