Rachel Flood

Rachel Flood is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in various strategic roles within the marketing sector. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing Operations & Strategy and Director of Demand Generation at Dialpad since March 2019, Rachel has also held positions ranging from Senior Manager to Marketing Manager within the same organization. Prior to Dialpad, Rachel worked at Inkling from August 2015 to March 2019, where responsibilities included Marketing Manager and Marketing Associate roles. Earlier career experience includes a position as Programs & Events Manager at Charlotte Center City Partners from September 2013 to May 2015. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University.
