Shalini Yajnik

Shalini Yajnik is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in technology and management, currently serving as Director of Engineering at Dialpad since October 2021. Prior to this role, Shalini held various positions at Koopid, including VP Platform and Director of Engineering, focusing on consumer-business messaging solutions. Shalini's career includes significant tenures at Avaya as a Senior Research Scientist, and earlier positions at WikiTek Inc., PreCache Inc., Lucent Technologies, and AT&T Bell Laboratories. Shalini earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Engineering from Princeton University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
