Tarun Saini has worked at Diamanti as an Associate Director- HR and Recruitment since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Quark Software Inc. in various roles such as Senior Manager HR - Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Resource Planning from February 2022 to March 2023, Global HR Manager from February 2018 to January 2022, Sr. Lead HR from February 2009 to January 2018, Sr. HR Analyst from February 2006 to January 2009, and Human Resources Analyst from May 2003 to January 2006.

Tarun Saini completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General from Panjab University between 1996 and 1999. Subsequently, they pursued an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services at Symbiosis International University from 2006 to 2008.
