Rebeca offers over two decades of global, broad-ranging transactional and corporate governance experience, including general counsel and legal director roles in public and private technology, retail and sports companies and private practice in leading law firms. She is a licensed attorney in New York, Spain and Italy, is specialized in corporate and commercial law and has worked across multiple jurisdictions. In her last role as General Counsel of Satellogic, an earth observation satellite startup, she led the company through its public listing on NASDAQ.
