Ella Smith

Ella Smith is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching and administration. Currently serving as a Teacher at Diamond Grove Center since June 2023, Ella has held various significant roles, including Assistant Principal in the Philadelphia Public School District and Special Education Specialist with the MS Band of Choctaw Indians. Earlier positions include Director of Alternative Education and RTI & Dropout Prevention Director at the Louisville Municipal School District, where responsibilities encompassed designing instructional adaptations and promoting student growth. Ella's educational qualifications include an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, all from Mississippi State University, complemented by an Associate of Arts from East Central Community College.
