Cronin Allen

Cronin Allen has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. In 2015, they worked as an English Second Language Teacher at the Chinese Academy of Agriculture Science Elementary School in Beijing, People's Republic of China, teaching 3rd and 4th grade English in a bilingual English and Mandarin environment. In 2017, they worked as a Universal Banker at Capital One, developing relationships with clients in order to meet their financial goals, recording and analyzing customer metrics to create outreach campaigns, and sorting and creating materials that visualize business needs. That same year, they also worked as an English Second Language Teacher at Virginia International Academy, working one on one with students on remedial language skills in a bilingual English and Mandarin environment, creating and sharing multimedia materials in multiple languages, and identifying needs in students and creating solutions to personally address them. In 2018, they worked as a Proposal Writer at Hinz Consulting. Finally, in 2022, they began working as a Business Development Specialist at Diamond Information Systems, LLC.

Cronin Allen attended Christopher Newport University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature. In April 2015, they received a HSK Level 3 Certificate from the Confucius Institute at College of William & Mary. Cronin also holds a Bridge TEFL Certificate from BridgeTEFL.
