Kyle Bennett

As a Business Development Manager for Diamond Kinetics, Kyle focuses on driving customer acquisition and revenue generation, as well as extending and maintaining relationships with regional and national partners, specifically in the western region of the country.

Prior to Diamond Kinetics, Kyle was a Staffing Manager for Randstad, a $24 billion dollar company that specializes in temporary staffing for businesses.

Prior to Randstad, Kyle was the Pitching Coach and Recruiting Coordinator for Gavilan College in Northern California for 7 years where he helped lead the Rams to a conference title in 2015 after not making the playoffs for over 35 years.

While at Gavilan College, Kyle also ran a successful seasonal travel baseball organization called the Gavilan Hornets.

The program grew from 12 players to almost 100 in three years and enhanced the entire South Bay Area’s baseball/softball landscape.

A graduate from Western Oregon University, Kyle was a left handed pitcher during his two-year career, while helping the Wolves win their 11th and 12th straight conference titles.

Prior to accepting his scholarship to WOU, he was an all-conference pitcher at San Jose City College for two seasons.

Kyle holds a Major in Business Administration with a Minor in Sports Management.
