Elizabeth Catherine van Den Akker

Elizabeth Catherine van den Akker is an experienced educator, currently serving as a Dual Language Teacher at Diamond Lake School District 76 since August 2019. Prior to this role, Elizabeth worked as a Bilingual Teacher Substitute at North Shore School District 112 from February 2017 to August 2019. Additionally, Elizabeth contributed to Wanderwatch as a Startup Team Member from May 2014 to August 2019 and served as a Drawing Instructor for Young Rembrandts Franchise between September 2015 and December 2016. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts and Entrepreneurship from DePaul University, earned between 2015 and 2017, and also possesses a Propedeuse Certificate in Printmaking from Willen DeKooning Kunst Academie.
