Paula M.

Paula M. is a Software Engineer at Diamond Light Source since September 2020, specializing in designing and implementing Java applications for control and data acquisition systems in synchrotron experiments, along with conducting testing, debugging, and optimization for software and hardware integration. Previously, as a Graduate Software Engineer at the University of Sussex, Paula M. provided assistance to first-year students in programming lab exercises. Additional experience includes roles as a Sales Assistant at WHSmith and Currency Exchange Sales Assistant at Global Exchange Group, as well as serving as a Language Cafe Leader at the University of Sussex Students' Union. Paula M. holds both a Master of Science in Intelligent and Adaptive Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Sussex.
