Matt Naylor

Matt Naylor is a Technology Lead at Diamond Logistics. Matt has over ten years of experience in the hotel industry, working their way up from the Reservations department to their current position.

Matt is originally from the UK and has a degree in Hotel Management from the University of Surrey. Matt started their career as an Office Administrator at A3 Fencing before moving to Classic British Hotels in 2009. Matt spent six years at Classic British Hotels, eventually becoming the Manager of eDistribution & Systems. In this role, they were responsible for driving connectivity and increasing online exposure for member hotels.

In 2015, Matt moved to IDeaS - A SAS COMPANY, where they worked as a Client Project Manager for two years. Matt then joined Diamond Logistics in 2017 as a Technology Lead.

In their current role, Matt is responsible for leading the technology team and developing innovative solutions to improve the company’s operations. Matt is also responsible for managing all IT-related projects and ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
