Charles B. Rosenberg

Charles ("Chip") B. Rosenberg is a prominent attorney specializing in international dispute resolution. Currently serving as Partner and Co-Head of International Dispute Resolution at Diamond McCarthy LLP since September 2025, Rosenberg focuses on international commercial arbitration and investment treaty arbitration. Previously, as a Partner at Squire Patton Boggs, expertise was further honed in representing individuals, companies, and sovereign governments in complex arbitrations. With extensive experience as Counsel at King & Spalding and as an Associate at White & Case LLP, Rosenberg has represented various clients in significant investment treaty and commercial arbitrations.
