Hilary Tucker SHRM-CP

Hilary Tucker SHRM-CP has a long history of experience in the Human Resources field. Hilary began their career in 1998 as a Relief Worker at Childrens Inn, where they provided assistance to individuals seeking help and conducted their Counseling internship. In 2000, they joined Capital One as a Unit Manager, where they were responsible for leading a team of 18-20 inbound customer service agents, providing consistent coaching, managing performance metrics and reviews, and mentoring agents as they developed their own skill sets and advanced in their careers. Hilary was also the Facilitator of the Unit Manager Roundtable, a group responsible for identifying inconsistencies, generating ideas and implementing solutions that improved communication, productivity and overall consistency among departments. In 2016, they joined Berry Global as a Human Resource Generalist and TCF Bank as a Customer Service. Most recently, in 2021, they were hired as the Payroll and Benefits Manager at Diamond Mowers.

Hilary Tucker SHRM-CP has a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor from the Graduate School at the University of South Dakota and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of South Dakota.
