Neil Hall

Neil Hall has a diverse work experience spanning several sectors. Neil began their career in the UK Armed Forces, where they held various roles from 1987 to 1997. In 1998, they transitioned to the private sector and joined Diamond Offshore. Throughout their tenure at Diamond Offshore, Neil held various positions including Safety Representative, HSEQA Advisor, Rig Engineer, Operations (Rig) Manager, Area Manager, Vice President Health Safety and Environment, Vice President Operations, and Vice President HSE, QA & Maintenance. Their responsibilities included overseeing HSE compliance, implementing HSE policies, managing offshore and onshore budgets, liaising with clients, and ensuring regulatory compliance globally. Currently, they hold the role of Sr. Vice President HSEQ & Operations Support at Diamond Offshore, where they are responsible for global oversight of operations and is involved in creating and implementing the company's ESG strategy.

Neil Hall received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management/Finance from Western Governors University between 2014 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the British Armed Forces from 1987 to 1989.
