Rodrigo Furtado has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as Senior Manager - Human Resources at Diamond Offshore since January 2009, where responsibilities include managing HR activities such as Learning & Development, Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, Expatriation Support, and Offshore Personnel Logistics, while also developing HR strategies at the Brazil level.
