Josh Cardenas

Josh Cardenas has extensive experience in the energy and sales sectors, currently serving as a Facilities Construction Foreman at Diamondback Energy since October 2024. Prior to this role, Josh worked at Endeavor Energy Resources, LP, from April 2014 to January 2025, holding various positions including Project Foreman, Project Lead, and Lease Operator. Earlier in their career, Josh was a Territory Account Manager at Pitney Bowes from January 2004 to April 2014, where responsibilities included developing and maintaining business relationships along with consulting clients on efficiency and profitability. Josh studied Political Science and Government at South Plains College from 1999 to 2001 and graduated with a high school diploma from Seminole High School in 1999.
