Karen Rivera

Karen Rivera has worked as a Division Order Analyst at Diamondback Energy Inc since October 2019. Karen was later promoted to the position of Sr. Division Orders Analyst in November 2021. Prior to joining Diamondback Energy Inc, they worked at Devon Energy as a Division Order Analyst from August 2011 to October 2019.

Karen Rivera received their Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology from the University of Central Oklahoma, where they attended from 2005 to 2009. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Administration of Leadership from the University of Oklahoma, completing their studies in 2015. Their field of study for both degrees was Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies.
