Laura Vaughn

Laura Vaughn has worked in various accounting and financial roles for multiple companies in the energy industry. Their most recent position was as a Senior Operations Accountant at Diamondback Energy Inc, where they started in July 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Marathon Oil Corporation as a Financial Analyst from April 2017 to June 2019, and as an Advanced Accountant from October 2015 to April 2017. Before joining Marathon Oil, Laura worked at Duke Energy Corporation as an Accounting Analyst II from August 2014 to February 2015. Laura also worked at Marathon Oil Company as an Accounting Analyst from November 2011 to April 2014, and at Davis Petroleum as an Operations Accountant from June 2009 to November 2011.

Laura Vaughn attended Mays Business School at Texas A&M University from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting. Laura later pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Finance from the same institution, completing their studies from 2007 to 2009.
