Matt Fitzgerald, P.E. has a solid work experience in the energy industry. Matt started their career as a Petroleum Engineering Intern at Kinder Morgan in 2014, followed by a similar role at Energy XXI in 2015. In 2016, they joined XTO Energy as a Reservoir Engineer Intern, where they gained valuable experience. Matt continued to work at XTO Energy, transitioning to the role of Operations Engineer in 2017 and serving in that role until 2022. Currently, Matt is working as a Senior Reservoir Engineer at Diamondback Energy, where they continue to utilize their expertise in the field.
Matt Fitzgerald, P.E. attended Texas A&M University from 2013 to 2017 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Petroleum Engineering. In August 2021, they obtained the Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
