Steve Hale

Steve Hale has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Steve started their career as a GIS Analyst at Windsor Energy Group LLC in 2006, where they managed spatial data and collaborated with geologists to integrate land spatial data. In 2008, they joined Devon Energy as a Systems Analyst, where they directed application deployments, developed system integrations, and identified workflow gaps. Steve then took on the role of Sr. Business Analyst, serving as the primary analyst for the GIS group and project manager in the Houston office. In 2013, Steve was promoted to Supervisor - Land Solutions, where they managed an IT team and handled budgeting and project allocation. Since 2017, they have been working as an IT Lead Business Analyst at Diamondback Energy Inc.

Steve Hale attended Columbia College from 1997 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
