Brendan Willers

Brendan Willers has extensive experience in customer service and inventory management. Currently serving as a Back Office Assistant at Diamonds Direct since May 2019, Brendan is responsible for receiving and shipping inventory, while managing valuable items daily. Previously, Brendan worked as a Front Desk Representative at the same company, where duties included greeting customers, handling phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with jewelry display. Prior experience includes a role as a Customer Service Representative at UPS, focusing on face-to-face customer interactions and packaging shipments. Brendan holds a degree in Communication Studies with a focus on Relational from the University of Central Missouri and an Associate of Science degree from Lewis and Clark Community College.
