Maria-Christina Tsemani

Maria-Christina Tsemani joined Diana Shipping Services S.A. as HR Manager in October 2020, and in August 2021 was also appointed Human Resources Officer of Diana Shipping Inc. Maria-Christina has over 15 years of experience in HR positions with multinational companies and institutional bodies. Most recently, she acted as People Acquisition and Development Manager in Vodafone Greece. Her previous roles included Senior HR Business Partner and Organizational Effectiveness and Reward Manager, while she has also been involved in major projects of digital transformation, business restructurings as well as people integration in mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Vodafone in 2008, Maria-Christina worked as a Senior HR Consultant in PricewaterhouseCoopers, while she has also served as Project Manager in the European Commission, based in Luxembourg. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematical Sciences and a master’s of science degree in Applied Statistics from the University of Oxford, UK.
