Pancham Loyal

Pancham Loyal is currently a Senior Product Owner at DianApps. Pancham has been with DianApps since January 2019 and has been instrumental in entire development phases, starting from the Pre-development phase followed by the end-to-end Development phase, UAT phase, Go-Live phase, and On-Demand Support and Maintenance phase.

Pancham is responsible for maintaining the product vision by creating a product roadmap, managing the product backlog, prioritizing backlog items based on the overall strategy and business objectives, mapping project dependencies, overseeing the actual development of the product, anticipating client needs, and evaluating product progress at each iteration.

Pancham has constantly groomed the squad of Product Owners and Scrum Masters with a primary focus on delivering projects following relevant Agile-Scrum principles and practices along with continuous process improvement.

Pancham is responsible for end-to-end delivery of projects and accountable for planning and executing all scrum ceremonies i.e Sprint Plannings, Daily Scrum Meetings, Review/Demo Meetings, and Sprint Retrospective Meetings.

Pancham has extensive experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, scope defining, user story writing, design review with respect to the in-scope items, task allocation, resource management, decision making, and on-time deliverables.

Pancham is accountable & involved in Architecture setup, Design, Development, & Deployment of mobile applications (iOS, Android, Hybrid) and web applications related to multiple domains not limited to Healthcare, E-Commerce, Veterinary Services, Social Media, Food, On-Demand, Health & Fitness, Travel & Transport, Sports, Lifestyle, Staff & Payroll Management, Enterprise Business, Education & M-learning, etc.

Key Line Manager responsibilities of managing appraisals, career development of the team, and facilitating hiring for the team and division have been an integral part of Pancham's Management journey.

Pancham possesses vast experience in managing global clients across the United States of America, Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates.

Pancham Loyal pursued a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Doon Valley Institute of Engineering & Technology. Prior to that, they completed their HSC and SSC from Pratap Public School, which follows the Central Board of Secondary Education curriculum.

They work with Shipra Kushwaha - Senior Business Development Executive, Amrita Jiwnani - Senior HR Executive, and Rahul Mahamna - Lead Software Engineer. Pancham Loyal reports to Parag Gupta, Co-Founder, CEO.
