Rokhand A.'s work experience begins in 2006 as a Lab Manager at Brigham and Women's Hospital, where they managed a team and conducted studies on the role of human gut bacteria on immune responses. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Research Associate at Novartis, responsible for target identification, protein expression analysis, and assay development. At Dicerna Pharmaceuticals, Inc., from 2009 to 2015, Rokhand A. served as an Associate Scientist II, identifying and evaluating potential drug candidates. From 2015 to 2015, Rokhand A. worked as a Senior Research Associate at FORMA Therapeutics, Inc., developing assays for drug screening. At Merck, from 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Senior Scientist, involved in early discovery projects and immune cell assay development. From 2020 to 2021, at FogPharma, Rokhand A. was a Senior Scientist, contributing to proof-of-concept studies, target engagement, and assay optimization.
