Rachel Short-Miller has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Rachel started their professional career at Goshen College, where they worked as a Front Office Assistant and also participated in a Study Service Term program, which involved living with local families in developing countries and engaging in cultural immersion and service work. Rachel also worked as a Grounds Crew Member during this time, gaining experience with physical labor and equipment.

After Goshen College, Rachel joined FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers as a Physical Therapy Aide and later as a Client Care Specialist. In these roles, they provided support to patients and assisted with therapy sessions.

Rachel then transitioned to Adventure Life, where they worked as an Administrative Assistant and later as an Associate Trip Planner. Rachel was responsible for trip planning and assisting with logistics for adventure tours.

Currently, Rachel is employed at FYR Diagnostics as a Research Administrator. Rachel has also held positions as a Research Support Specialist, Laboratory Technician I, and Laboratory Technician II within the company. Their work involves supporting research activities and performing laboratory tests and analysis.
