Amy Atsumi

Amy Atsumi has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Amy is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for DiaSorin in North America, including Luminex. In this role, they lead all aspects of HR, such as compensation/benefits, talent acquisition and development, HRBP consultation, employee relations, and HR information management. DiaSorin is a global leader in the laboratory diagnostics market. Prior to joining DiaSorin, Amy held various HR leadership positions at Dell Technologies, including Vice President of HR - Global Sales and Vice President of HR - Americas. Amy also has experience in organization design and development, performance management, and workforce planning. Amy began their career at Hilton Worldwide, where they held roles in succession management, workforce planning, HR business partnering, training management, catering sales, and food and beverage management.

Amy Atsumi obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from UC San Diego, where they completed their education from 1989 to 1993.
