Edoardo Petrini

Edoardo Petrini has a diverse work experience in the field of bioinformatics. Starting in 2018, they have been the Head of Bioinformatics and Senior Research Scientist at Diatech Pharmacogenetics. Previously, they were a Molecular Biologist at Menarini Silicon Biosystems starting in 2016, a Research Scientist at Base4 starting in 2015, and a Postdoctoral Researcher at The Babraham Institute starting in 2015.

Edoardo Petrini completed their education in the field of biotechnology, beginning with a Bachelor's degree from the Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna in 2008. Edoardo then went on to earn a Master's Degree from the same university in 2011, in Molecular and Industrial Biotechnology. Finally, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Molecular Biology from the University of Cambridge in 2015.
