Krisztina Harkanyi has extensive experience in customer service, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Diatron Medical Instruments since August 2017. Prior to this role, Krisztina worked in a similar capacity at Bio-Rad Laboratories from March 2008 to July 2017. Krisztina's career began as an Import Assistant at Complexlab Bt. and advanced to the position of Export Assistant at Gabona Rt., followed by a role as a Manager Assistant at Servind Budapest Kft. between November 2003 and March 2008. This progression showcases a solid foundation in customer relations and operational support within various industries.

Diatron develops, manufactures and markets hematology and clinical chemistry analyzers and associated reagents for human medical and veterinary use. The company was founded in Budapest, Hungary, nearly 30 years ago and since its inception, has been at the forefront of laboratory diagnostics.
