Bruno Pamplona Polizio has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of communications. Bruno has held senior positions in various global companies, including Diaverum, Neptune Energy, Aggreko, Aviva, and Anglo American. In their most recent role at Diaverum, they served as the Stakeholder Communications VP and prior to that, as the Director of Global Communications. At Neptune Energy, they were the Head of Internal Communication and played a crucial role in developing and implementing the internal communications strategy for the company's global operations. In their role at Aggreko, they served as the Communications Business Partner and was responsible for driving the communications strategy for the Power Solutions business unit. At Aviva, they were the Internal Communications Lead, overseeing the internal communications strategy for the finance transformation program. Bruno Pamplona Polizio has a diverse education history. Bruno began their academic career at Escola Nossa Senhora das Graças, where they completed their primary and secondary education between 1991 and 2001.

Following this, Bruno pursued a Bachelor's degree in Journalism at Faculdade Cásper Líbero from 2003 to 2007. Bruno then went on to obtain another Bachelor's degree, this time in History from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, graduating between 2004 and 2011.

In their quest for professional development, Bruno participated in Anglo American's management development programs. Bruno successfully completed The Achiever Programme (TAP) at the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria from 2010 to 2011 and later the Programme for Management Excellence (PME) in 2013.

Bruno also pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Business at the University of Cambridge from 2013 to 2014, demonstrating their commitment to learning and expanding their expertise in this field.
