James Sibley

James Sibley serves as a Board Member and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Diaverum and Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, in addition to holding the position of Audit Committee Member at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. James is the Chief Financial & Investment Officer at M42 Health and has also been a Board Member at United Eastern Medical Services (UEMedical). Previously, James held the role of Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer at Mubadala Health. Educational qualifications include a Certified Board Director in Corporate Governance from INSEAD (2019-2020) and a Chartered Accountant ACA in Accounting and Finance from ICAEW (2004-2007).
