Maritza Rivera, M.A. is a highly experienced professional in the field of Human Resources. Currently serving as the VP of Human Resources at Diaz Group LLC, Maritza has also held roles such as Human Resources Director at Casa Central and HR Director of People and Culture at Choose Chicago. Maritza is also the Founder of Matrix League, where Maritza works towards helping those facing homelessness and poverty in the community. With a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Concordia University Chicago, Maritza brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their roles in HR management.
