Pål Ødegaard

Pål Ødegaard serves as the Head of the Board at Children's International School Norway since September 2023 and holds the position of Chief Growth Officer at Dibber, where responsibilities include overseeing global growth for Northern Europe's largest early childhood education provider. Since joining Accenture in 1997, Pål has held various leadership roles, including Managing Director of Accenture Strategy in both Europe and Norway, where responsibilities encompassed leading growth strategies and managing projects focused on digital transformation across various industries. Additionally, Pål has contributed as a Member of the Board for Kunnskap og Teknologi at Hovedorganisasjonen Virke from January 2014 to September 2016. Pål holds an MSC in Marketing from BI Norwegian Business School, completed between 1993 and 1997.
