Kristin Burke Ms-Hrm

Kristin Burke has a solid background in human resources, with various roles in different companies. Kristin is currently the Director of Human Resources at DiBella's Subs since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Baldwin Richardson Foods as a Total Rewards Manager from April 2018 to March 2020, where they managed compensation, benefits, and compliance. Before that, they were recruited as a Leave of Absence Manager at Sutherland from 2017 to 2018. Kristin also has experience at Paychex, where they served as a Return to Work Coordinator and Employee Handbook Developer from 2012 to 2017, and as a Human Resources Advisor and Health & Benefits Specialist from 2014 to 2016.

Kristin Burke MS-HRM completed their Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Nazareth University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended SUNY Brockport from 2007 to 2011, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in History.
