Karen Legarda

Karen Legarda is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and business support. Since July 2020, Karen has held multiple roles at Cervecería Nacional, including Business Partner Back Office, Business Partner Commercial & Logistics, WF Labour Relations Analyst, and People Intern. Prior to this, Karen gained valuable experience as a Selection Intern at Adecco from January 2020 to April 2020 and at LUCKY ECUADOR from April 2019 to July 2019. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Dirección de Talento Humano at Universidad Espíritu Santo, with an expected completion date of November 2024, Karen also holds a degree from Universidad Casa Grande, completed in 2021.
