MJ Cimato is an experienced educational professional and entrepreneur with a strong background in special education and training. Currently serving as the Training and Development Manager at DiBella's Subs, MJ previously dedicated over fifteen years as a Special Education Teacher at Buffalo Public Schools, focusing on both special education and gifted students. As the former Owner of Cooked Buffalo, a food delivery service, MJ developed a social media presence promoting healthy eating choices within the community. MJ holds a Master of Science in Adolescent Education and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Canisius University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in History from Buffalo State University.
