Mrinmoy Saikia

Mrinmoy Saikia is an MBA student at Dibrugarh University since June 2020, concurrently serving as a Production Trainee at Dukes Private India Limited since July 2017. Mrinmoy has engaged in academic projects, including a final project on edible films and their properties at Tezpur Central University. Previous experience includes an internship focused on milk processing and packaging at Guwahati Central Dairy, a summer internship at West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences involving microbiological lab work, and a processing internship at Nezami Rekha Seafoods. Mrinmoy holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology and Processing from Tezpur University, completed in 2017, following secondary education at Delhi Public School Duliajan with a focus on science.
