Becs Beslee is the Chief People Officer at DICE. Becs has over eight years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Prior to joining DICE, they were the Global Head of People & Talent at Stratajet, Head of People and Talent at YPlan, and Talent Acquisition Manager at Badoo. Becs has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Westminster.

Becs Beslee has a Practioner Diploma in Executive & Performance Coaching from AoEC - The Academy of Executive Coaching, a Ba Hons in Theatre and English from University of the West of England, and Executive Coaching and Practioner Diplomas in Executive Coaching for Performance from AoEC - The Academy of Executive Coaching.
