Will Afriyie-Gibbons

Will Afriyie-Gibbons has extensive experience in recruitment, currently serving as Head of Recruitment and Global Talent Lead at DICE, a prominent live music discovery and ticketing platform, since October 2017. Prior to DICE, Will worked as a Talent Advocate at hackajob, where a focus was placed on matching candidates with clients through technical testing challenges. Will's earlier experience includes roles as an IT and Digital Consultant at Explore Group, with responsibilities in candidate sourcing, filtering candidates, and business development. Will started in research, completing a Graduate Student Researcher position at Institut Pasteur, focusing on clinical research related to Malaria, and a Biosciences Researcher role at Keele University. Will holds a Master of Science in Biosciences and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Keele University.
