Lisa Watson

Lisa Watson has extensive work experience in finance and operations. Lisa has held various roles at DICE Therapeutics, Inc., starting as a Controller in 2013 before progressing to Associate Director of Business Operations and then Director of Business Operations and Financial Planning and Analysis. In 2024, they became the Senior Director of Business Operations and FP&A. Prior to their time at DICE, Lisa worked as an Independent Consultant in finance and also served as a Senior Accountant at Achaogen. Lisa has experience in accounting and production management as well, having worked at Clarke Consulting and Mycroft Corp. Additionally, they have a background in ballet and has worked as a Ballet Teacher and Master at the Academy of American Ballet and the San Juan School of Dance. Lisa also had a brief role as a Procurement Manager at Sony and worked in events at IMG.

Lisa Watson received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Notre Dame de Namur University, graduating in 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from San Francisco State University, graduating in 1997. Lisa also attended Castilleja, although the dates and degree obtained are not provided.
