Marta Dabros is an experienced leader in pharmaceutical development, currently serving as Executive Director at Eli Lilly and Company since January 2024. Prior to this role, Marta held the position of Senior Director and Head of Pharmaceutical Development at DICE Therapeutics, Inc., a subsidiary of Eli Lilly, from October 2021 to March 2024. Marta's prior experience includes various roles at Theravance Biopharma US, including Director and Associate Director of Pharmaceutical Development from 2015 to 2021, and a progression of positions at Bristol Myers Squibb from 2009 to 2015, culminating as a Senior Research Investigator I. Marta earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2009.
