Muhammad Baluom has extensive experience in the field of clinical pharmacology and pharmacokinetics. Muhammad currently holds the position of Senior Director of Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometric at DICE Therapeutics, starting in July 2022. Prior to this, they served as Senior Director of Clinical Pharmacology at Apollomics from May 2020 to October 2022. Muhammad also worked as Director of Clinical Pharmacology at Nektar Therapeutics from August 2017 to May 2020. Muhammad has experience as a member of the Board of Trustees at San Mateo County Mosquito and Vector Control District since March 2015. Additionally, Muhammad has held various positions at Rigel Inc., including Director of Clinical Pharmacology/Pharmacokinetics from May 2003 to October 2016. Muhammad has also worked as an independent consultant specializing in Clinical Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacology from November 2016 to August 2017.
Muhammad Baluom completed their education in the field of Pharmaceutics and Pharmacokinetics. Muhammad received a BPharm, MPharm, and PhD from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 1987 to 2000. Muhammad also pursued a Post Doctorat degree at the University of California, San Francisco from 2000 to 2003, specializing in Pharmacokinetics. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Pharmacist from the Ministry of Health Israel in 1992.
