Daniel Schwartz is a Senior Counsel at DiCello Levitt since June 2023. Prior to this role, Daniel served as an Associate at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP from January 2020 to May 2023, and at Kirkland & Ellis from August 2018 to January 2020. Daniel also gained experience as a Judicial Law Clerk at the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals from August 2017 to August 2018. Earlier in the career, Daniel worked as an Associate at Boies Schiller and Flexner from September 2015 to June 2017 and completed a Summer Associate position at Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP in mid-2014. Daniel holds a law degree from New York University School of Law, obtained between 2012 and 2015, and studied at Vassar College.
