Andre Alves is an experienced professional in subtitling and translation, currently employed by NxSubs Post-Production Services and Deluxe, with roles focused on subtitling and SDH authoring in English and Portuguese. Additional positions include work as a Tradutor for Shoreline Translation and as a freelance subtitler for ZOO Digital Group, Roundabout Entertainments, Dicentia Studios, Hiventy, Iyuno Media Group, Straker Translations, and Sublime Subtitling. Andre holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Marine Ecology from the University of Lisbon, a specialization in Data Science and Statistics from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, a Master's in Land Management and Regional Planning from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, and a Bachelor's in Environmental Biology from the University of Lisbon.
