Thomas Smulski

Thomas Smulski is an accomplished professional in the construction industry with extensive experience in estimating and project management. Currently serving as Program Executive and Estimating Manager at Dickinson Cameron Construction Company, Inc. since August 2015, Thomas leads an estimating team and oversees the bid process while implementing standard procedures company-wide. Previous roles include Lead Estimator at Future DB, Superintendent/Project Engineer at ConAm, and Project Engineer at Helix Electric, showcasing a strong background in both estimating and project execution. Thomas began their career as a Skilled Tradesman at Steinberger Construction Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Management from Purdue University.
