Desiree Ralls-Morrison

Ms. Ralls-Morrison has served on the board since September 2020. Ms. Ralls-Morrison currently serves as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Boston Scientific and advises both the board of directors and the CEO. Ms. Ralls-Morrison previously served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Boehringer Ingelheim USA. Ms. Ralls-Morrison spent the early part of her career at Merck and Johnson & Johnson in a variety of positions of increasing responsibility. Ms. Ralls-Morrison is currently a member of the board of directors of The Partnership, Inc., and a founding member and sits on the executive committee of The New Commonwealth Racial Equity and Social Justice Fund in Massachusetts. Ms. Ralls-Morrison holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Wesleyan University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
