Fernando Henrique Cardoso

Fernando H. is an accomplished software engineering leader with extensive experience in technical management and development roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at diconium since October 2021, Fernando previously held positions as Engineering Manager at Talkdesk and Tech Lead roles at Windmill Smart Solutions and VAKT Global Ltd. With a strong background in backend development and significant contributions to complex logistics systems and internal commerce tools, Fernando possesses a solid foundation in software engineering principles and practices. Additionally, Fernando has experience as a university professor, teaching various computer science and software engineering courses. Fernando holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
