Catherine Parker

Catherine Parker is the Head of Accounts at Dictate IT. Catherine has over seven years of experience in sales coaching, training, and development and has worked in the healthcare industry for over 10 years. Catherine is responsible for the strategic business planning of product offerings and commercial approaches to new markets, forecasting and budgeting, resource planning, recruitment, and sales coaching. In their previous role as Head of Customer Success at Lexacom, they delivered business consultancy on a contract basis and assisted in their marketing strategy and content creation for launch to new markets. Catherine has also held positions at Dictate IT and Sabatical leave.

Catherine Parker has a Bachelor of Arts in English Studies from Nottingham Trent University. Catherine is certified in ILM (Level 5 Award in Leadership & Management) from Hemsley Fraser and in Prince2 Practitioner from APM Group. Catherine is also certified in APM (Introduction to Project Management) from The Knowledge Academy.

Catherine Parker reports to Mark Miller, CEO. They are on a team with Prathima Navaneethan - AGM, Managed Services, Quality, Satheesan Edavath - COO, and Murali Krishnan - MD, Operations.
