Carlos E. Garcia

Didi Hirsch Board member Carlos Garcia is a partner at international executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles, where he specializes in recruiting senior supply chain executives for companies in a wide range of industry sectors.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Garcia is a first-generation American born to an immigrant family with South American and European roots. Inspired by his family’s experience with mental illness, he joined Didi Hirsch’s Board in 2009 and became Board Chair in 2014.

Garcia has extensive multinational experience leading business transformation programs for companies in the life sciences sector. He worked for Booz & Co across the Americas and Europe and for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals in key product management and strategic planning roles.
