Sae Lee possesses extensive experience in research and evaluation, currently serving as the Division Director at Didi Hirsch Community Mental Health Services since May 2012, where leadership is provided in the Research and Evaluation Department to measure the impact of various mental health programs. Prior to this, Sae Lee worked at Harder+Company Community Research as a Research Associate, leading significant research projects with substantial budgets, and at Evaluation, Management, and Training Associates, managing federally and locally funded projects related to substance abuse and child welfare. Earlier professional experience includes a role as an Educational Research Analyst for the Los Angeles Unified School District, coordinating research on literacy and achievement gaps. Sae Lee holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Developmental Psychology from Claremont Graduate University and a B.A. in Psychology from UCLA.
