Nicole Kaplan has been with Diebold Nixdorf since February 2006 and holds positions as Enterprise Delivery Manager and Account Relationship Manager. Nicole manages a significant revenue stream for a financial institution and oversees customer ATM/Physical Security relationships. Nicole has excelled in project management, service support, and team leadership roles, demonstrating a strong track record of exceeding sales goals and providing top-notch customer service. Prior to Diebold Nixdorf, Nicole worked at Allstate as a Unit Trainer. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from The University of Akron.
